How to Get the Evoke XMEYE IP Camera Version Information

Version Information includes:

• IP Camera
• Cloud ID
• Firmware Burning Time

There are four ways to obtain the version information of Xiongmai cameras: using the XMEYE Device Manager, NVR, XmeyePro App, or VMS software.

I. Viewing through NVR Video Recorder.

1. Ensure the XMEYE IP camera is connected to the XMEYE NVR.
2. Open the NVR operation interface.

3. Go to Device Management (or similar menu) and view the connected camera’s version information.

II. Viewing on XmeyePro App

4. Install and open the XmeyePro App.
5. Log in and add the XMEYE camera.
6. Open the device details page to view the version information.

III. Viewing on VMS Software

7. Install the VMS software.
8. Launch the software and connect the XMEYE camera.

9. Open Device Management to view the camera version information.
